Micro to Macro Chain

The challenge was to create an engaging online school activity aligned with the Québec School Program during the pandemic. The result is a remote educational experience using captivating underwater visuals to teach Biology, Maths, and Climate Change.

Challenge

We were tasked with creating a new engaging activity for schools with direct links to the Québec School Program and that could be given online during COVID times.

What we did

In collaboration with a government agency dedicated to empowering NGOs in the realm of educational initiatives, alongside a team of dedicated teachers, we collectively conceived a multitude of innovative concepts. These ideas underwent rigorous testing, both within traditional classroom environments and in virtual, online settings. My role encompassed the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and extensive user research to the trial phases and eventual seamless implementation.

How it works

This 100% remote activity given by an educator uses beautiful underwater images and vídeos and hands-on exploration to learn concepts related to Biology, Maths and Climate Change. A complete explanation can be found on the CIEAU’s website.
